When you buy these foil wrapped chocolate hearts individually each heart will be hand picked and checked to ensure that each chocolate is perfectly wrapped. If you buy per kilo (kg) or 500g, you are sent the whole weight as is. This keeps the price down but does mean that a kg or 500g of chocolate hearts may contain some slightly damaged wrappers. The number of foil wrapped chocolate hearts per kg is also approximate, so please allow a 5% margin either way. You will typically receive between 180 and 200 hearts per kg.
